Marinated Crab Claws Recipe
|2 pounds crab fingers||¼ cup green onions, sliced|
|¼ cup balsamic vinegar||¼ cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped|
|¼ cup lemon juice||2 teaspoons dried tarragon|
|1 cup extra virgin olive oil||2 teaspoons dried oregano|
|¼ cup red onions, peeled and chopped||1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper|
|¼ cup celery, chopped||1 ½ teaspoons sea salt|
|1 ½ teaspoons sugar|
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
Use this vinaigrette or any of your other favorite vinaigrette recipes for a delicious, quick and easy appetizer served cold.
